We are pleased to announce that the Fete raised more than $48,000, which is in keeping with last year's Fete and recent years. It was a tremendous day and a great success, both financially and as a community event. The proceeds of the Fete will be split between the Senior School and Primary School on a 60/40 basis (in line with enrolments) with approximately $25,000 going to the Senior School to extend the information technology facilities and $16,800 going to the Primary School for playgrounds.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the 2008 Grammar Fete such a success. And it's not too early to start thinking about next year's Fete, which will be held on Saturday 4 April. Coordinator Anne Frish has written to say:

Thank you to Michelle Lees who has been coordinating the Garden Stall at the Fete for the past three years and who is now no longer able to take on this role. We are looking for someone to take over from Michelle and co-ordinate the Garden Stall for 2009.
