Welcome to the Canberra Grammar Old Boys' homepage. These pages are for all past students, regardless of when they finished School, so they can stay in touch with friends, register for events and follow news of fellow Old Boys. Spirit of good fellowship The Canberra Grammar School Old Boys' Union was formed in 1932 to promote the welfare and advancement of the School and to foster a spirit of good fellowship between past and present students of the School - with the honour and progress of the School as a common ideal. With service and support at the heart of its activities, the OBU maintains a close working relationship with the School. The elected President of the OBU is a valued member of the School Board. Through the ever growing network of former students, the Union seeks to play an important role in helping past students maintain contact and active involvement with the School Community and with each other. Old boys are always welcome at School events such as concerts, plays and sporting events. You make a great contribution to the Fete and Founder's Day and are often guest speakers, careers day advisors, sports coaches and artists-in-residence. MembershipMembership of the Union is open to any pupil who has attended the School at any time. All current students are now being issued with their own CGS Email for Life. All old boys are welcome to get in touch with the School to be added to the CGS email system. It's a great way for friends to keep in touch forever. Download the OBU Life Membership application form here (41 KB).
Red Hill Outlook publishes news of Old Boys from around the corner and around the world. Please email us your news to let everyone know where you are and what you're doing now. The Breezeway, the Online Directory, is another great way to keep in touch with the School and eachother.
