Grammar Under 9 Blue had a fantastic game on Saturday. The sun was shining and the boys reflected this in their performance on the field. Some of the boys were not feeling 100% but showed a great commitment by playing on under trying circumstances.

The defensive play from the whole team was fantastic. The team worked as a unit to achieve some great saves.The boys are passing the ball more and benefitting from more movement across the field.

Kristan revelled in the role of Captain and Hooker. Nicholas Greenberg again shone scoring 5 tries. Mitchell Fuller continues to be a quiet yet instrumental player in all plays. Jay Lindsay battled through the game, always making ground with the ball. Patrick Soulsby was a strength in defense and Charlie Templeman showed great courage coming back on the field after a knock to the head. Trent Storen made contributions all over the field. Albert Bain is showing great flair in the ruck and made some strong runs. William Mueller was enthusiastic and is always improving. Franklin Percy is a great asset to the team, always talking and having a positive attitude. Eddie Haines was great in support play.
