Canberra Grammar is one of the few schools in Australia to offer martial arts training as part of the co-curricular program, taking boys from
beginners through to an eventual black belt examination and beyond.
The classes are demanding, the discipline intense, the techniques pectacular, and the boys carry their skills with them for the rest of their ives.
With over 100 boys in the program, taekwondo is one of the fastest growing
co-curricular activities at the school.

Senior school students who are doing taekwondo as their primary elective must attend at least two sessions every week. If they're doing it in addition to another co-curricular, then they must come at least once.
Junior school students can elect either to enrol as once-a-week students, or
train as often as they wish.
