Swimming has started again for 2007. Mrs Smyth and Mrs Robinson and a group of keen swimmers meet every Monday afternoon at the pool. This term we are preparing for the swimming carnival. We have been working on our racing starts and improving fitness and speed.

Most of the boys are now swimming around 1km each session and Mrs Smyth and Mrs Robinson have noticed that the boys who had extra lessons over the holidays have improved remarkably.

The boys have commented that having a snack before they start helps to keep their energy levels and enthusiasm high, so remember to pack a little extra food on Mondays.
