Grammar v Daramalan 1 dayer at Grammar |
Grammar 5/259 (A Tridgell 69, E Geddes 44, T Laudenbach 56, J Sainty 47 not out) defeated Daramalan 59 all out (James Richardson 3/27, Thomas Pilkinton 5/0) in a 1 day match.
After being asked to bat first Grammar enjoyed an excellent morning with the bat against Daramalan. Alex Tridgell 69 and Elliot Geddes 44, ensured that the innings once again got off to a solid start. Tom Laudenbach 56 and James Sainty, 47 not out, then added the finishing touches enabling Grammar to complete its 50 overs with a very healthy score of 5/259. Grammar then proceeded to demolish the Daramalan batting line-up with James Richardson taking 3/27 and Thomas Pilkinton completing an unbelievable spell of 3 overs, 3 maidens, 5 wickets for no runs. Daramalan was eventually bowled out for 59 runs leaving Grammar victors by 200 runs.
