Grammar resumed its first innings at 2 for 45 chasing a massive total of 426 for victory. Angus Pfahl made a hard fought 49 but unfortunately Grammar lost wickets at regular intervals and ended up well short being bowled out for 146. Grammar ended up having to bat for 56 overs to save the match. Once again, Angus Pfahl made a valuable contribution of 46 at the start of the innings and a resolute innings from Ollie L'Estrange later in the day allowed Grammar to finish at 7 for 146. This was a disappointing result on what was a good batting wicket. On Sunday the Tom Laudenbach and Thomas Pilkinton represented Grammar in the ASC team which beat a combined Sydney team at St Pats, Strathfield. Thomas bowled well to claim 2 for 8 and Tom Laudenbach made an excellent 32 runs on a difficult wicket.
