ON THE BEACH
The beach is the ideal photo-location, allowing me to capture an energy, emotion and excitment in portraits.
So to capture the wonderful qualities our beautiful beaches offer, I will continue our weekend photo-shoots at the South Coast throughout 2009 PLUS I will spend a little more time there in mid-January during the school holidays. Please email me to register your interest in meeting at the coast in 2009 so we can organise a time. SHANGHAI
I am spending more time photographing portraiture overseas. In October I spent 3 weeks photographing families in Shanghai. In December/January I will be in London, Paris, Singapore and HoChi Minh City.
In each of these cities I seek settings of individual and personal significance that capture something of the qualities of the place. I will be returning to all the cities again in 2009, including Beijing. FATHERS AND SONS I am hanging an exhibition of photographic portraiture at the Canberra Grammar School's THE GALLERY and calling for volunteers to be photographed ASAP. Exhibition opening is 6pm on 6th of March, 2009. The exhibition explores the relationship of FATHER AND SON.
